BASIC SALARY + ALLOWANCE + COMMISSION + INCENTIVE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be energetic, proactive, and dedicated to continuous learning. Excellent communication skills are a must, as this role involves interacting with clients and collaborating with a team. The Sales Executive should also be prepared for occasional travel.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Require own transport for business travel
  • Minimum Higher Secondary education or equivalent
  • Results-driven, resourceful, and strong sales focus
  • Excellent team player contributing to overall success
  • Regular interaction with clients and internal teams for customer relationships
  • Priority for candidates familiar with PPE/Industrial Hardware products, enhancing understanding of customer needs
  • Priority for candidates with outdoor sales experience in Medical or Construction industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively introducing and selling our range of products to our Hardware customers.
  • Market Expansion: Contribute to expanding the company's market share by actively identifying and approaching new clients. Generate new customer accounts through targeted outreach and relationship building.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and support. Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet their demands.
  • Sales Lead Development: Identify and cultivate sales leads, ensuring a continuous pipeline of potential customers. Follow up on leads diligently and convert them into successful sales to achieve set targets.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the company's growth through successful sales strategies, expanding our client base, and providing outstanding customer service. Your efforts will directly impact our market presence and contribute to our overall success in the Hardware industry.
