A leading company in the automotive sector is looking for a dedicated sales professional to develop markets and manage business opportunities. The candidate will work closely with internal departments and clients, analyze sales data, and ensure effective communication. A diploma or degree in Business or Marketing is essential, along with a minimum of two years of sales experience. Job description

Develop the existing market and explore new business opportunities.

Submit weekly and monthly sales activity reports by the due date.

Prepare sales forecasts for the production planner to improve production lead times.

Ensure seamless communication between internal departments and external customers.

Prepare annual sales projections and project pipelines.

Analyze market trends and develop business plan proposals.

Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.

Analyze OEM sales data and provide explanations for any fluctuations.

Assist in company sales presentations to customers and learn to back up sales teams.

Perform any other duties as assigned.

Comply with ISO/IATF 16949 standards as well as legal and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaising with internal teams and external clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience in preparing sales reports and forecasts.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret market trends and sales data.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of OEM customer requirements and business proposal preparation is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for business development activities as needed.
  • Familiarity with ISO/IATF 16949 standards and compliance is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.
