Job Description
We are looking for high potential candidates with strong business acumen to unleash their true potential with Breezway Malaysia Sdn Bhd as a Sales Executive. You will be playing a crucial role in;
Responsible for the sales activities and growth the company’s range of products.
Attending to sales enquiries, furnishing product information to customers.
Conduct product briefing to direct customers, main contractor and fabricator.
Maintain existing customers' showroom throughout the B Reward Programme, encourage end user participation and increase market share through customers' showrooms.
Expand customer showroom presence within the Malaysian market.
Liaise and negotiate with clients on all technical aspects of the project.
Product presentation to customers via face to face or online.
Maintain good relationship with customers by identifying customers’ needs and develop appropriate sales strategy to meet their needs.
Arranging site visits, follow up with prospects until closing of sales.
Responsible for sourcing new business opportunity.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for meeting.
Able to meet target and work independently.
Attending and supporting internal events organized by in-house marketing team or external events such as trade shows, launching of products and etc is a must.
To close deals/sales during in-house events.
Account opening with new and existing customers.
To develop more showroom collaborations with distributors

To ensure collection of payment prior to production.
Who are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least formal higher education (Diploma).
Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preferably experience in specifying Building Materials Sales products
An energetic, positive attitude, with a desire to add value to the business
Customer focus with a high level of initiative
Good communication skills
Team oriented
Microsoft Office skills
Motivated self-starter with good time management skills
