• To assist the Manager / Assistant Manager in disseminating the company’s policy and objectives to all levels of the Sales Support Department.

• To ensure the department's quality procedures and activities set by the QA department are understood, implemented, and maintained by all levels at all times.

• Fully responsible for ensuring the functions of contract review are strictly implemented to resolve any unclear information, especially verbal orders, before proceeding with production planning, and to meet customer delivery requirements.

• To ensure the external quality information related to the section is adequately practiced and controlled for master card processing.

• To coordinate external and internal quality issues related to Sales Support to ensure customer claims are properly attended to and to prevent recurrence.

• To conduct on-the-job training for new employees.

• To coordinate work orders with the Planning department.

• To perform other tasks as instructed by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Studies, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (required for liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers).
• High commitment with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Possess own transport (frequent travel required).
• Energetic and result-oriented.
• Willing to travel frequently.
