Job Responsibility

• Be stationed at Kajang HQ for onboarding and training.
• Travel and relocate to branches/outlets as required by the company.
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide product advice and recommend suitable options based on customer needs.
• Promote and upsell products to achieve individual and store targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep the store tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Manage phone calls, orders, and other daily administrative tasks.
• Support content creation activities by assisting with in-store promotional materials.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as directed by the supervisor or manager.
