Position: Sales Executive | SPJ

Company Background: PC components wholeseller

Salary Package:MYR3,000 – MYR4,000 + Commission + Incentive

Working Hour: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday), 9am to 1pm (Saturday- optional)

Location: Kapar, Klang Selangor (only need to report to HQ office 2 – 3 days a week)

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for overseeing daily operations in sales department

  • Leading sales teams by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, product knowledge, creating sales plans, analyzing data and assigning sales territories and building sales team

  • Hiring and training sales staff, relaying information from management to department sales about sales quotas and planning

  • Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that there is sufficient stock of items that are likely to sell quickly

Job Requirement:

  • Strong analysis and communication skill

  • Create strategic sales plan that minimizes losses, maximizes profit and creates sustainable growth for company

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams, experience aligning sales efforts with the efforts of an external team

  • Have sales skill experience in IT or distribution experience
