Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Good communication skills, professional selling skills, presentation skills & leadership skills.
- Own transportation.
- Willing to go outstation.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English & Malay. Candidates proficient in Mandarin are preferred for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily promotion and sales of products by sales representatives.
- Organize and coordinate sales representative plans.
- Recruit, hire, and train new salespersons.
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales indicators.
- Achieve sales targets and goals.
- Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects; recommend solutions.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prepare reports as needed.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
