Working hours: Monday-Friday (8.15 am-6.00 pm)

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Good communication skills, professional selling skills, presentation skills & leadership skills.
• Own transportation.
• Willing to go outstation.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English & Malay. Candidates proficient in Mandarin are preferred for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily promotion and sales of products by sales representatives.
• Organize and coordinate sales representative plans.
• Recruit, hire, and train new salespersons.
• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales indicators.
• Achieve sales targets and goals.
• Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects; recommend solutions.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Prepare reports as needed.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
