About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Secom (M) Sdn Bhd. This full-time role is based in Johor Bahru, Johor and involves driving sales and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively prospecting and generating new sales leads
  2. Conducting effective sales presentations and negotiations to secure new business
  3. Maintaining and growing existing customer accounts through excellent relationship management
  4. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  5. Providing timely and accurate sales reports
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a sales role, preferably within the Security Product industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
