Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company revenue and growth goals.
- Lead and support the sales team by setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring targets are achieved.
- Oversee daily sales activities, including lead generation, client management, and closing deals.
- Identify new business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector to grow the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, offering solutions that meet their needs.
- Deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, clearly explaining the companyâs services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals while staying competitive.
- Work with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align on campaigns and product launches.
- Track and report on sales performance and key metrics to senior management.
- Keep up with market trends, competitors, and customer needs to improve sales strategies.
- Train and coach, the sales team to build skills and improve performance.
- Handle complex negotiations and resolve client issues to maintain high satisfaction.
- Help plan sales budgets, forecasts, and strategies in line with business goals.
- Represent the company at events and trade shows to build brand awareness and connect with potential clients.

Requirements
- Degree in business, tourism, hospitality, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years' sales experience, preferably in travel or tourism.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin (Malay is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
- Well-organized, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of the travel industry, including hotels, airlines, and trends.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing demands.
- Detail-oriented with accurate handling of sales processes.
