Sales Executivetopromote leasing of dormitories’ unit/spaceby implementing sales plans.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Manager/ Asst. Sales Manager in achieving occupancy levels of dormitory.
- Attend to enquiries from prospective customers.
- Follow up on all outgoing quotations and confirm prospective customers who are keen to take up bed spaces.
- Follow up on Letter Offer and Tenancy Agreement.
- Follow up with customers to obtain payments as spell out in the ‘Letter of Offer’.
- Liaise with customers for the signing of ‘Tenancy Agreement’ and payment of the stamp duties.
- Any other tasks assigned by the superiors.
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Business Management/ Sales or equivalent.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Able to interact with all levels of staff and management.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia – both verbal & written.
- Added advantage if candidate able to speak mandarin as the role must deal with some mandarin speaking customers.
- Team-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently and multi-task.
- Good attitude, self-motivated, results oriented.
- Possesses own transport.
