About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Bio-Am Industries Sdn Bhd. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base in Johor. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the local market

Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions

Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to secure new business

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction

Collaborate with the service team to solve client's problems and needs

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities and pipeline

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong presentation and public speaking skills

Proficient in using sales-related tools and technologies

Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
