- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and visits, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Present and demonstrate Oro Stone products to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and applications to effectively address their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer support.
