About the role

Our Sales Executive role is a full-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Sales Executive at KSK Engineering & System (JB) Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with new and existing customers in the sales industry.

What you'll be doing

Find and connect with new customers in industries like manufacturing, engineering, and more.

Maintain good relationships with existing clients – we believe in long-term partnerships.

Understand customers’ needs and recommend the right products or solutions.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations (don’t worry – we’ll help you get started).

Work towards your sales targets – and celebrate when you hit them!

Team up with our technical and support staff to deliver great customer service.

Stay updated on product knowledge and what’s happening in the industry.

What we're looking for

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the engineering, industrial, or technical sector (fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Possess own transport and willing to travel locally for client visits.

Basic knowledge of engineering concepts or technical products is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
