Job description
Based in Johor/Sabah

Job Responsibilities:-

Sales and Business Development

  • Identify potential customers and sales opportunities within the vape industry.
  • Actively seek out new business through cold calls, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Install relevant company Point of Sales material such as posters, calendars, A3 size menu card and etc


Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and support as needed.
  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain and improve our current relationship with all our existing dealers during normal visit or service visit.


Product Knowledge

  • Provide training to our dealers / their staffs regarding product knowledge, product authentication, and warranty acceptance and claim procedures.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the vape industry.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's vape product offerings and their features.
  • Be prepared to answer questions and provide guidance on product selection.


Sales Targets

  • Set and work towards sales targets and objectives established by the company.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, making necessary adjustments to achieve or exceed targets.


Market Research

  • Stay informed about competitors and market conditions.
  • Collect and analyse market data to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.


Sales Support

  • Arrange and display company products in the Lightbox in accordance with company guideline
  • Collect and return warranty to dealers
  • Attend daily meeting to feedback issues and problems during service
  • Collaborate with the sales support team (admin) to ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently.
