Job Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Malaysian, Singaporean, and Thai markets, focusing on cross-border logistics services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing MiD Logistics' capabilities and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage sales leads, track customer interactions, and generate sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in cross-border logistics.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales-related role, preferably within the logistics industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets within deadlines.
- Strong understanding of cross-border logistics operations, particularly between Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, is highly desirable.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Johor Bahru and travel as required to meet with clients and prospects.
