A leading beauty solutions provider in Malaysia is looking for a Sales Executive to identify business opportunities and maintain relationships with beauty salons, clinics, and spas. The role requires at least 2-3 years of experience in sales within the skincare or cosmetics field, although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is highly driven by sales targets and possesses excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying and selling to professional beauty saloons, aesthetic clinics and spas; and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Sells products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions tailored to each customer's needs
Achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management
Maintains quality service by responding to customers in a timely manner, solving customer issues/complaints, and recommending business solutions to the clients
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure the solution
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Possess excellent communication skills, customer relationship/service management, and ability to multitask
At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (added advantage for experience in skincare/cosmetics/beauty/personal care)
Ability to multitask
Highly driven by sales figure, targets and commission
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales, Customer Relationship or equivalent.
The candidate will act as a Sales Executive for this job position.
