About the role

Esmart Electronics Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking motivated and detail-oriented multiple positions to join our growing team in Tampoi, Johor. This full-time role will provide crucial administrative support to our business, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What we're looking for

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in Malaysia and the ASEAN region.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts within the manufacturing sector.

Understand customer needs and propose suitable manufacturing solutions and products.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Coordinate with the production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.

Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors, industry trends, and new product developments.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.

Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation.

Qualifications:

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

· More 2 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial products.

· Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product specifications is an advantage.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Willingness to travel within Malaysia and occasionally to neighbouring countries.

Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written)
