Developing sales revenue, managing pricing, managing customer relationship, marketing & sales activities in the designated territory.
Key Accountabilities:
Manage the overall sales revenue for the designated market/territory
Responsible for development of specification, project sales and distributor management
Responsible for market development and management of key market segments and main customer segments such as architects, developers, consultants, distributors and contractors
Responsible for customer loyalty initiatives
Ensure sales excellence, efficiency and effectiveness
Direct and monitor all sales activities including setting of sales plans and sales objectives in accordance to the strategy.
Review monthly sales performance and analyze sales success/win.
Ensure price premium over competitors
Analyze competitor activities to take effective counter measures to sustain and develop market share
Implement market development efforts with the help of marketing
Requirements:
Diploma/degree in any discipline
2 – 3 years’ experience in sales of industrial or B2B sales
