Role Description
Identify and engage potential clients (focus: Penang market – restaurants, bars, and fusion cuisine venues).
Manage sales channels: Modern Trade, HoReCa, Micro, B2B, and Trade Marketing.
Proactively reach out, set meetings, and deliver impactful product presentations.
Build long-term customer relationships and grow loyalty.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to achieve sales targets.
Prepare and process purchase orders accurately.
Conduct regular client visits and provide after-sales support.
Track sales activities, prepare daily visit reports, and meet weekly/monthly/quarterly objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Certificate in a relevant field.
Fluent in English & Malay (Mandarin is a plus).
Proven B2B sales and relationship management experience.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Own transport and willingness to travel.
