Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Service Representative at Reefa Gold & Jewellery Sdn Bhd located in Ipoh. The Sales Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing sales orders, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with inventory management.

Qualifications

• Ladies within the age of 18 years old to 35 years old, unless you have the qualifications for it will consider.
• Be presentable (preferably Hijab)
• Customer Service, Sales, and Retail Experience
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
• Knowledge of Jewelry and Precious Metals is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Mathematics skills needed
• Able to start immediately
