About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our team at KIM CHENG FOOD SDN BHD. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers in the Gelang Patah Johor area. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the company's overall growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
  2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities
  3. Presenting our products and services effectively to potential clients, showcasing their benefits and addressing any concerns
  4. Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
  5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns
  6. Accurately tracking and reporting on sales activities, performance, and customer feedback
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor actions, and changes in customer needs
