Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Business, Sales, or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
3. Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English (to liaise with different customer segments).
4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCount Accounting Software.
6. Knowledge of social media marketing is an added advantage.
7. Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
8. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays if required.

Responsibilities:

1. Proactively identify and engage potential customers to promote company products.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
3. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
4. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
5. Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and contracts to close deals efficiently.
6. Focus on expanding sales in the Singapore market.
7. Issue invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment collection.
8. Process customer orders and coordinate with the production and logistics team for seamless delivery.
9. Maintain proper documentation of all sales transactions in the system.
10. Track sales performance and generate insightful reports for management review.
11. Assist in planning and executing sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
12. Leverage social media marketing to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
13. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and smooth deliveries.
14. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
