• Producing quotation, following up sales order to delivery order.
• Notify and making purchase order for low stock items.
• Direct & coordinate warehouse & logistics from purchase of goods to delivery of products.
• Raise & make known recurring issues, advise for a meeting as necessary.
• Experiences and knowledge in water reticulation will be an added advantage.
• Reports to General Manager.

Working Hours

• Mon - Thurs 8:00am -1:00pm, 2:00pm-5:30pm
• Fri 8:00am -1:00pm, 2:30pm-6:00pm
• Sat 8:00am -1:00pm (Alternating)

Required Skills:

• Fluent in English, Mandarin, Hokkien & Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic level in Microsoft office Eg. Outlook, Word & Excel.
• Familiar with Inventory Management Software will be added advantage.
• 2 years or more in related field will be preferred & reflected on salary
• Able to lead subordinates
• Communication & Liaising skills will be required.
