Job Responsibilities
- Explore potential leads and close deals effectively.
- Manage existing and new customers within the allocated territory, primarily in Pahang, focusing on Residential clients.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, providing accurate information about company products and services.
- Propose solutions and quotations tailored to customer requirements.
- Plan, strategize, and execute sales activities to meet individual sales targets.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues related to sales and customer relations, safeguarding the company's interests.
- Collaborate closely with the Design & Project team and other internal stakeholders to fulfill customer needs.
- Monitor account receivables diligently.
- Represent the company and promote our products and services to the external community.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business or related field.
- At least 2 years of sales or business development experience.
- Experience in the Solar Energy industry is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
- Sales-driven and target-oriented personality.
- Willing to travel and possess own transportation.
- Position based in Pahang with work from home; monthly meetings at the HQ in Selangor.
