Job description

Job Highlights / Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate and government sectors to drive company growth.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, to deal closure—ensuring alignment with company goals and sales targets.

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and strategic partners.

  • Expand local enterprise business by working with government entities and agencies to identify sales opportunities, offering end-to-end solutions such as infrastructure, consulting, and strategic planning services.

  • Develop a high-level understanding of local market demands, government policies, and business ecosystem to support sales strategies.

  • Effectively coordinate and manage full-cycle business processes for key accounts and strategic projects.

  • Prepare and execute personal sales plans, while collaborating with internal departments to mobilize resources and ensure successful business delivery.

  • Foster positive, long-term interactions with senior management of clients and partners to ensure strategic satisfaction and sustainable business growth.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform other ad hoc duties or assignments as instructed by the Management.

  • Adhere to all company policies and instructions, provided they are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Stay updated on role-related changes or reassignments as notified by the Management of Radical Internetwork Sdn Bhd.

Core Competencies & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Proven track record in corporate sales, particularly with government entities and agencies.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
