About the role

As a Sales Executive at ICafe Solutions Sdn Bhd, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's customer base in the Kuala Lumpur region. This full-time position involves building relationships with potential clients, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals to contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Prospecting and identifying new sales leads through various channels
• Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the company's products and services
• Negotiating and closing sales contracts with new and existing customers
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Maintaining accurate sales records and providing detailed reports on your activities
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and product knowledge

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the sales industry
