Sales Executive – Batu Pahat/Kluang/Johor Bahru
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Language Required: English and Mandarin
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Help us grow! Plan and carry out smart sales strategies to hit targets and win new customers in Batu Pahat/Kluang/JB area.
- Do your homework: research the market, find potential clients, and keep an eye on the competition.
- Be the go-to person for our clients — build strong relationships through chats, visits, and understanding what they really need.
- Wow clients with great presentations that show how we can help solve their problems.
- Negotiate deals that work for both sides — fair for them, and profitable for us.
- Team up with our technical experts to make sure we’re offering the best-fit solutions.
- Keep the boss in the loop with updates, reports, and ideas for growth.
- Stay curious: learn about new trends, tech, and what others in the industry are doing.

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the industrial sector in Johor, with a focus on Batu Pahat/ kluang to expand Prodrive Repair Sdn Bhd's customer base.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs related to industrial drive repair and maintenance services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share, adapting approaches based on market analysis and customer feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, site visits, and personalized service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate term and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while maximizing profitability for the company.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand service capabilities and effectively communicate technical information to clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, sales forecasts and providing regular reports to the sales manager on progress and opportunities.
