Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Mengendalikan semua aktiviti jualan termasuk melayani pelanggan dan memproses pesanan.
  • Menjaga rekod jualan dan menyediakan laporan jualan harian dan bulanan.
  • Bina dan kekalkan hubungan baik dengan pelanggan sedia ada.

  • No experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: RM1,700 - RM10,000 per month

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out all sales activities including attending to customers, processing orders, and handling payments.

  • Ensure sales records are updated and properly maintained.

  • Provide accurate and clear information about the company’s packages and services to customers.

  • Handle customer complaints and provide satisfactory solutions.

  • Assist in implementing promotional and marketing campaigns organize by the company.

  • Participate in exhibitions and outdoor promotional events to introduce livestock packages to prospects and customers.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the sales manager.

  • Analyse sales data and provide feedback to the sales team to improve performance.

  • Communicate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Provide customer feedback to the team for product and service improvement.

  • Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Make follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

A) Academic Qualification: Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent. A Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.

B) Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service. Experience in the livestock or agriculture industry is an added advantage.

SKILLS

A) Communication Skills: Good communication skills. Able to interact with customers with confidence and courtesy.

B) Computer Skills: Basic skills in using computers and Microsoft Office software.

C) Interpersonal Skills: Able to work in a team, proactive, and possess a positive attitude towards work.
