Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: SPM, Certificate, or Diploma.
• At least 5 years of work experience in Sales preferably in FMCG.
• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research.
• Supervise Sales Representatives to ensure adherence to standards.
• Support core operations including delivery and merchandising.

Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research and etc.

Review progress against objectives during weekly meetings and take corrective action as necessary.

Ensure clear communication and adherence to pricing and promotions.

Track performance measures and assist in problem-solving.

Maintain records of WORK WITH objectives and progress.

During WORK WITH sessions, model desired behaviors and target outcomes by making demonstration calls.

Support the successful execution of core operations, including delivery, backroom management, merchandising, and equipment handling.

Supervise and ensure Sales Representatives maintain current payables in line with agent standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum educational qualification: SPM, Certificate, or Diploma.

At least 5 years of work experience in Sales preferably in FMCG.

Experience in managing a team will be an added advantage.

Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and other software.
