A leading company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a motivated sales professional to enhance customer relations and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach, with at least 1 year of B2B retail sales experience. Job Description:
- Identify valuable customers: Strategically pinpoint and target customer segments that can bring significant value to the organization.
- Drive sales success: Craft compelling pitches and showcase our value proposition to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Nurture client relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting connections with customers to generate increased revenue.
- Maximize existing accounts: Boost revenue through upselling and cross-selling strategies with current customers.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with various departments to deliver consistent, high-quality service to your accounts.
- Innovate for satisfaction: Develop client-focused solutions to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide top-notch support: Address customer requests promptly and escalate issues when necessary to ensure client needs are met.
Job Requirement:
- Open to candidates from all professional backgrounds.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in B2B retail, preferably in industries such as manufacturing, construction, machinery, raw materials, or system services.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Experience working in Chinese-invested or foreign enterprises is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and cooperate effectively in a team.
- Experience in the service industry and a strong sense of customer service are preferred.
- Customer-focused with strong adaptability.
