Job Description
Reporting to Head of Sales Excellence of Region AA, you will be playing a critical role in developing a high-performing sales organization to ensure sustainable growth and market leadership. Your main task is to support various strategic topics for a Region covering Asia, Middle East and Africa by developing and implementing state of the art sales methodologies, tools and processes. You are enabling the sales organization to proactively create value for customers and capture market share.
You will need to analyse the available sales data and provide recommendations based on it to optimize sales operations, implement new sales strategies, go to market approach, develop new process and procedures. Your responsibilities will also include:
