Job description

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in the wastewater treatment industry, specifically to support our Japanese customers in anticipation of global expansion. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to support sales efforts, identify client requirements, and deliver customized treatment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance of plant and machinery equipment to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
  • Take primary responsibility for the management and upkeep of equipment, including wastewater treatment plants and industrial filter units, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients within the wastewater treatment sector, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct site visits to understand client requirements, assess their needs, and propose appropriate technical solutions that meet their specific challenges.
  • Achieve sales targets and actively contribute to the expansion of the company's market share by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support during both the pre-sales and post-sales phases, ensuring clients receive the necessary assistance and guidance.
  • Participate in several overseas business trips each year to manage international projects, collaborate with global teams, and stay abreast of the latest industry developments.
Qualifications
  • Commit to a minimum of 3-5 years of practical, hands-on experience after joining the company to acquire in-depth knowledge and expertise.
  • High school graduate with work experience in a similar industry is also acceptable.
  • Good understanding of treatment processes, systems, and equipment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
