Qualifications

Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Manager

About the role

As a Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Manager at HFC Tech Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by securing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers. Based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, this full-time position involves utilizing your technical expertise and sales skills to promote HFC Tech's innovative products and solutions to a diverse range of clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive outreach and networking.
  2. Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate and engage potential customers.
  3. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies and deliver excellent customer service.
  5. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  6. Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to enhance HFC Tech's offerings.

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record in SEMICONDUCTOR SALES or a TECHNICAL SALES ROLE within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEMICONDUCTOR PRODUCTS, TECHNOLOGIES & INDUSTRY TRENDS.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Basic understanding of PERIODIC TABLE OF ELEMENTS.
  • Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia fluently.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Chemical or Chemical Engineering.
  • We are specifically seeking Mandarin-speaking candidates to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
