Sales Engineer (Supporting Bangladesh Market)

Responsibilities include:

1. Coordination with all local partners to ensure projects within the region (Bangladesh) are progressing smoothly and to prevent conflicts of interest with the same customer.
2. Preparing comprehensive offer solutions for steam boilers based on customer inquiries via local partners who communicate directly with customers.
3. Monitoring all processes from offer preparation (Project & Spare parts) to shipment within the agreed schedule.
4. Increasing market exposure of Bosch Steam Boilers through training, seminars, and product knowledge sharing with customers and partners.
5. Participating in visits with local partners to customers in Bangladesh/Sri Lanka to better understand inquiries and provide suitable solutions.
6. Coordinating with RBSI to ensure timely processing from LC checking to shipment preparation.
7. Following up on boiler project and spare part queries with local partners to convert inquiries into sales orders.
8. Negotiating with local partners to secure orders, considering boundaries and obtaining GMS approval from the factory.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial) or Applied Physics.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales for industrial boilers.
• Proven lead generation and customer prospecting skills for revenue growth.
• Project management experience is preferable.
• Willingness to adapt to the working culture and environment in Bangladesh, with at least 4 visits per year.
• Good knowledge of industrial sales and tendering processes.
• Professional communication and coordination skills with Bangladesh partners.
