Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Penang, Malaysia for a Sales Engineer | Sr. Sales Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing sales processes, and maintaining strong customer service. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient communication and professional support.

Qualifications

• Skills in Sales Engineering and Sales
• Experience in Technical Support and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in working with industrial automation products is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Penang, Malaysia
