Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
2. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the organization.
3. Provide regular updates such as sales reports, forecasts, task progress, feedback, and suggestions as required.
4. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, addressing issues, and identifying opportunities for further growth with the support of internal teams.
5. Proactively identify and pursue new client leads and business development opportunities.
6. Plan and implement personal sales strategies to meet targets and objectives.
7. Present and promote the company’s products, services, and solutions to influence purchasing decisions, in collaboration with internal departments.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese (added advantage).
3. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales – Engineering.
