The company provides engineering solutions to support manufacturing operations across various industries. Job Title: Sales Engineer

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

Job Description:

• Promote and offer consultation on advanced engineering solutions related to Quality Assurance/Control, Production Engineering, and R&D in various manufacturing sectors

• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals

• Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualify customers and set up appointments

• Perform on-site visits and demonstrate technical solutions to end-users

• Understand customer operations and perform application testing to propose tailored solutions

• Oversee sales activities for specific product lines within an assigned territory

• Monitor and analyze sales performance to consistently achieve or exceed targets

• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to strengthen product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any discipline (Engineering background preferred)

• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – no prior experience needed

• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel regularly

• Able to work physically from our Penang-based office
