Sales Engineer (Marking and coding equipment)

We are a leading provider of advanced marking and coding equipment, seeking a dynamicSales Engineerto drive sales growth and build client relationships. You will combine technical expertise with sales skills to promote our products and deliver tailored solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the printing industry (commercial printers, packaging, etc.).
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase machinery capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to customize solutions based on client needs.
  • Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Education:Diploma or higher
  • Language:Mandarin proficiency(written and spoken)requiredto liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Experience:Minimum2 year in sales, preferably in technical/industrial equipment (printing machinery is a plus).
  • Skills:
    • Strong technical aptitude to understand machinery specifications.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel locally when needed.
  • Competitive base salary + monthly commission + bonus. Average sales engineer can earn bonus up to 4~5 months salary in a month (depending on project).
  • Standard statutory EPF, SOCSO and entitle leave.
  • Training on advanced printing technologies.
