Job description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer t0 play a key role in managing commercial activities with contract manufacturing customers. This position will report directly to the Head of Business Development.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and service existing customer accounts, including timely responses to RFQs and handling all related sales matters.
  • Work closely with internal engineering and customer service teams to deliver effective solutions to customer enquiries and requirements.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service by responding promptly and upholding sales organization standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer activities, market trends, and competitor insights.
  • Maintain accurate and professional correspondence with customers at all levels.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned to support business needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or higher in any Engineering discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or commercial roles within the manufacturing sector.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and understand BOM structures.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
