Job description

Position : Sales Engineer / Manager

Location : Malaysia/Thailand/Indonesia

Market Segment : LED (General Lighting, UV, Automotive)

Duties & Responsibilities

-To develop and implement sales strategies and product penetration plan to achieve the sales revenue and margin target set.

-To work with regional Product Manager and/or Suppliers to develop new customer’s base and increase sales revenue of existing customers.

-To work closely with customers to analyze their requirement and propose solutions to meet their needs.

-Generate weekly/monthly activities report for review

-Responsible for market survey, competition analysis and keep hands on information of the semiconductor market.

Job Specification & Requirement

-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in Business

-At least 3-5 years of Experience in Component Distribution with Regional Exposure

-Positive learning attitude, independent and team player

-Excellent communication skills – verbal and written in both English and Mandarin.

-Must be able to travel overseas on a short notice
