Ideal candidates have engineering credentials, 2–3 years in manufacturing sales, excellent communication, and a proven sales record.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 2-3 years of equipment/solution sales in manufacturing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Able to grasp technical concepts and industry knowledge
• Disciplined, independent and autonomous work
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
• Must possess own vehicle for client visits/meetings
• Car allowance, monthly sales commission, annual performance bonus

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by developing and directing effective sales channels
• Plan and conduct sales visits and customer calls to build and maintain relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base
• Provide product demonstrations and maintenance services to clients, ensuring they understand solutions
• Propose product solutions according to customers' requirements using engineering knowledge
• Develop and manage the local market, and execute new marketing initiatives to increase market share
• Build quality relationships with customers and managers to foster long-term partnerships
• Keep up with market/industry changes and customer needs to stay ahead of competition
