Sales Engineer (Electrical & Electronic Engineering) 招聘

As a Sales Engineer, you will be the key technical resource for our sales team, responsible for driving sales growth by providing technical expertise and demonstrating the value of our products and services to prospects and customers. You will understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.

What will you be doing?

  • Build and maintain relationships with key existing customers, grow and expand the market by identifying potential customers and developing new accounts, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert in your field.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services.
  • Promote and sell our products (Fuji Electric & Panasonic) to Air Cond Contractors, Main Contractors, and M&E Consultants. Penetrate Fuji Inverter and a range of products for HVAC projects.
  • Develop and manage effective sales channels by scheduling customer visits, organizing sales calls, and conducting sales visits.
  • Monitor stock orders, follow up on collections and payments, and provide technical feedback based on customer needs and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products and services remain competitive.
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales process to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Are you the one?

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Mandarin proficiency is mandatory as the role involves dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Possess own vehicle and willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
