The Mission:

  • Maximize sales of parts and service solutions, develop new customers, promote products, and achieve sales targets in your territory.

About the Role:

  • Conduct SWOT analysis for your territory, gather information on competition, market potential, current market share, and customer feedback.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and target customers within your territory.
  • Plan and execute sales activities, present solutions, and convert opportunities into orders. Report activities accurately in CTP.
  • Engage with customers to understand needs, analyze applications, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through personalized strategies.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Collaborate with marketing on market activities and analysis.
  • Work with service operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform job audits on customer installations, especially post-overhaul.
  • Provide technical advice and expertise to customers.
  • Prepare service and parts quotations and follow through sales processes.
  • Report monthly sales activities, lost orders, and competitor insights.
  • Continuously develop skills, personality, and professional behavior.
  • Coordinate with the Credit Department to improve receivables management.
