Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer based in Selangor, Malaysia, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for offering technical support to clients, understanding customer requirements, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks will include conducting product demonstrations, collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities, developing technical presentations, and maintaining customer relationships. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
