Job description

Our client is seeking a talented individual with experience in business expansion in Malaysia/Indonesia to help them grow their company's software products and solutions in the market.

What you will do:

  • Understand potential clients and partners in the Malaysian/Indonesian market, grasp the digital needs of the real estate and construction industry, the digital technology ecosystem, and industry trends
  • Expand the customer base in the real estateand construction sector and develop a network of partners in the PropTech field, formulating and implementing sales plans
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities, create business expansion plans tailored to local market demands, collaborate with the backend product and solutions teams to drive business growth
  • Work closely with ecosystem partners to promote localized product development and marketing, establish a robust partner ecosystem, and enhance brand influence and market competitiveness
  • Based on the company's business expansion plan and performance targets, plan and execute business strategies to achieve sales goals


What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates with relevant experience
  • Experience working for PropTech vendors
  • Experience in professional services companies related to real estate and construction, such as tech departments of real estate firms, tech departments of construction firms, quantity surveying and consulting firms, marketing agencies, etc
  • Prior experience in key account sales and business expansion with local ecosystem partners, with a good understanding of the local market conditions and competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with partners and establishing stable networks
