Job Responsibilities

1. Provide routine medical device checking and troubleshooting at sites.
2. Assist in resolving customer device breakdowns caused by application issues.
3. Provide user training refreshers as needed.
4. Support key accounts and maintain their satisfaction with our company's service.
5. Manage and forecast inventory to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of working experience.
3. Multilingual skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese are an advantage.
4. Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
5. Responsive, self-motivated, committed, and sales-driven.
6. Own transportation and willingness to travel.
7. This position is based in the northern area of Peninsular Malaysia.
