Job Responsibilities
- Provide routine medical device checking and troubleshooting at sites.
- Assist in resolving customer device breakdowns caused by application issues.
- Provide user training refreshers as needed.
- Support key accounts and maintain their satisfaction with our company's service.
- Manage and forecast inventory to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of working experience.
- Multilingual skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese are an advantage.
- Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Responsive, self-motivated, committed, and sales-driven.
- Own transportation and willingness to travel.
- This position is based in the northern area of Peninsular Malaysia.
