Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business & sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Work closely with senior teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to offer accurate and profitable proposals
  • Managing multiple proposals simultaneously and meeting proposal deadlines
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, and sales presentations to secure deals

Requirements

  • Passion for sales and marketing with a strong drive to succeed.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in inside sales or B2B cold calling.
  • Background in engineering and basic knowledge in Renewable industry will be a bonus
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Possesses own transport and open to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
  • Motivated by high earning potential.
