Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business & sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Work closely with senior teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to offer accurate and profitable proposals
- Managing multiple proposals simultaneously and meeting proposal deadlines
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, and sales presentations to secure deals
Requirements
- Passion for sales and marketing with a strong drive to succeed.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in inside sales or B2B cold calling.
- Background in engineering and basic knowledge in Renewable industry will be a bonus
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Possesses own transport and open to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
- Motivated by high earning potential.
