Job Purpose:
Sales Engineer Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations within a company. This position typically involves a blend of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and managerial skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supporting the sales manager in achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
• Involves a combination of technical expertise, customer interaction, and sales strategy execution.
• Provide technical support to the sales team by understanding the technical aspects of products and services.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to stay updated on product enhancements and new features.
• Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Contribute to the preparation of proposals, quotes, and technical documentation for sales presentations.
• Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges.
Requirements:
1) Min. two (2) years of Knowledge in IT related product specific to:
• Customize Server
• GPU server
• Storage
• Embedded PC
• Industrial PC
• IoT product
2) Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of technical information during the sales process.
3) Demonstrated success in a sales engineering role, where technical expertise is combined with sales skills to promote and sell complex technical products or solutions.
4) Familiarity with the industry in which the company operates is an advantage. Understanding the market trends, competitors, and customer needs within the specific industry is crucial for effective sales.
5) Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field / Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Diploma
