Sales Engineer (Remote)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of our U.S based client-an engineering leader driving innovation in bulk unloading systems for the logistics, recycling, and agriculture sectors. This role will play a key part in their regional expansion across Southeast Asia, leveraging their patented technology and strong growth plans.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new clients to drive regional sales.
  • Present technical solutions clearly to potential customers.
  • Build long-term client relationships and trust.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address customers' needs.
  • Support marketing with field feedback and insights.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Participate in tradeshows, demonstrations, and site visits.

Key Job Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer or within a relevant field.
