Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer located in Johor Baharu, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering technical presentations, negotiating and closing sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Sales Engineering and Sales skills
• Technical Support and Communication skills
• Customer Service experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the industrial pump or a related industry is a plus

Remuneration Package
